Imperial Guard - Warhammer Painting?
Currently I have a imperial guard army, a very small - however, I'm bored of painting these (Paint i do not play.) Anyone have any ideas on fun for the army of the painting. I do not care if they are armies of Warhammer or Warhammer 40k. thanks
Well, first I would say that without playing, you'll find that doing so will drive your motivation for painting and finishing of their hosts is much higher. Of course, so will your motivation for spending inappropriate amounts of money on new things for your army (BANEBLADE!!). However, if you really want confine yourself to a small number of models (less than 20, for example), then the Space Marines are among the most satisfaction of hosts. His armor plates to large lots of space to pamper yourself with an outstretched hand, additional details such as marking, or heraldic devices as barracks. In addition, Each Space Marine is a hero in his own right and personalization on the theme of the Chapter is perfectly acceptable and encouraged (more or less depending on chapter of course). It may also be useful in motivating yourself to the end, to participate in a forum online and Warseer.com or 40kterra.com, which have project registration tables where you can chart your progress, post photos and get advice from veterans (and know nothing idiots also, of course - no big democracy)?. But beware. These boards are dangerously addictive and lots of cool military ideas can be overwhelming!
